We are located in the New York City metro area. We do all of our shipping from here.

How long will it take to receive my order (Domestic)?

All domestic orders are sent by your choice of USPS First Class Mail (1-3 Days) or USPS Priority Mail (1-2 Days). Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4 PM EST, will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays before 12 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders placed on Sunday will be processed and sent on Monday. All orders will be processed in this manner, with the exception of official holidays which USPS does not work.

You should receive your order within 1 to 3 business days. Always refer to your tracking number which was sent to you via email or SMS, for updates on the status of your shipment. If you have not received your order after 5 business days, please contact us so we can assist you.

How long will it take to receive my order (International)?

International orders will be shipped by DHL or USPS.

International orders are sent by your choice of USPS International Mail or DHL. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4 PM EST, will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturdays before 12 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders placed on Sunday will be processed and sent on Monday. All orders will be processed in this manner, with the exception of official holidays which USPS does not work.

The approximate time of delivery is 6 to 9 business days, depending on your location and which service you selected; however, there can be delays due to customs and other logistics. Always refer to your tracking number which was sent to you via email or SMS, for updates on the status of your shipment. If you have not received your order after 15 business days, please contact us so we can assist you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When you finalize your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once the order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information. If you did not receive the emails, please contact us for further assistance.

What if I entered the wrong "Ship To" address?

If you find that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately. You must let us know before we hand over the package to the courier. This means contacting us before 4 PM EST if the order was placed Monday through Friday; contacting us before 12 PM EST if the order was placed on a Saturday; or contacting us before Monday 4PM EST if the order was placed on a Sunday. We will do our best to correct the error but we cannot guarantee proper delivery in these cases, so it is paramount to make sure that the address information is correct from the start.

How do I care for or wash my pajamas?

Never use bleach or send out to dry clean. Recommend to use warm water with mild or gentle detergent; machine wash only on delicate or gentle mode; use fabric softener infrequently or not at all. Hand wash recommended. Use only delicate or gentle cycle for machine dry. Iron with low heat only when necessary.

What sizes do you carry?

We carry S (Small), M (Medium), L (Large), and XL (Extra-Large.) These are the standard or common sizes associated with S, M, L, and XL.

What materials and fabrics go into the pajamas?

Our pajamas are made from Polyester (94%) and Spandex (6%). Some models have a satin sheen finish, and others have a classic finish.

When will your items come back in stock?

Our pajamas are 100% original designs with a very limited production run: once an item runs out of stock, it will never be re-made. This added value and uniqueness is what many of our customers love.

Do you ship internationally?

We do, with little exceptions. Due to our strict licensing agreements, we are able to ship to any country or territory except Costa Rica and Puerto Rico.

How much are the international shipping costs?

International shipping costs vary greatly depending upon destination. Once you are on the checkout screen, the system will let you know the shipping costs before you make the purchase.
